Terms and Conditions of Sales
1. We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on the item(s).
If you are not completely satisfied with your order,
simply call us within 48 hours of receiving your merchandise and we will issue a full refund
less shipping, handling, insurance, & restocking fee (see below).
The way it is shipped is the way we expect it back.
All Purchases including Wire, Check, Credit Card, & PayPal have a 15% restocking fee.
All sales are FINAL after a 48 hour return policy.
2. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, & PayPal at no additional charge.
3. We welcome Cashiers Checks, Money Orders and Personal Checks, but order will be held until funds clear.
We will not ship the order until payment clears.
There will be a $30.00 charge for all returned checks.
Please do not send cash in the mail.
4. We have INTEREST FREE layaway plans available . Please ask us about it. We will gladly hold an item for 24 hours with a credit card.
All memorabilia is sold on a first-come, first-served basis. No sale is considered final until payment is made.
5. Florida sales tax of 6.5% will be charged where applicable.
6. All items are shipped via the UPS fully insured.
7. No refunds on custom orders (e.g. If you purchase a ring and have it resized.)
No refunds once the 48hr return policy has expired from date you receive item.
8. Shipping, Handling & Insurance Charges to be determined upon purchase and ship to information.
